Keith Thorndyke - Keith is the Managing Principal of Remergenz Management, Inc., a small business consulting firm. During the past 28 years, Keith has worked with fourteen high growth ventures including two public companies, he has helped start four companies, purchased and sold six companies, turned around two ventures and provided strategic and tactical assistance to others creating over $100M for shareholders in small to medium sized companies. In addition, he has been the CEO or COO in six companies during the past sixteen years.
Jay Ebben - Jay is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas. Over the past ten years, Jay has taught courses at the University of St. Thomas and the University of Wisconsin-Madison on Small Business Management, Venture Finance, Opportunity Assessment, and New Firm Strategy, and given various presentations and mini-courses on small business topics. He has also started three businesses over that period and worked with many different types of new and small firms on aspects such as strategic planning, raising capital, and customer and market analysis.
